Itinerary Day 1:
Welcome to Ilulissat.
Arrive in Ilulissat home to UNESCO listed Icefjord. Upon arrival you will be warmly welcomed by tour guide, who will guide you to your hotel and facilitate a smooth check-in process.
Later, enjoy a wonderful welcome dinner with your fellow travellers and Tour Manager.

Day 02:
Guided Tour of Illulissat - Icefjord Museum
Town tour, followed by Museum tour.

Day 03:
Full day Eqi Glacier tour
Today morning procced for full day Eqi Glacier tour. The Eqi Glacier is
one of the most breathtaking destinations in Greenland. On the way we
pass tiny settlements, beautiful waterfalls, steep fields and icebergs
in incredible shapes and colors. A pleasant lunch time awaits with packed
lunches in front of the glacier. Here we can enjoy the unforgettable view
before heading back towards Ilulissat.

Day 04:
Ilulissat – Nuuk
Today, check out and transfer to Ilulissat airport to board your flight to
Nuuk. As the largest city and cultural center of Greenland, Nuuk is a year-
round destination. It is home to gourmet restaurants, fashion boutiques,
award-winning architecture, and several museums. On arrival, transfer to
your hotel and relax. Rest of the day free to explore the city on your own.

Day 05:
Nuuk guided walking tour – Northern light hunt cruise
After breakfast, enjoy walking guided tour of Nuuk. A walking tour of
Nuuk offers insights into Greenland's history, culture, and modern life,
often including landmarks like the Hans Egede Statue, Nuuk Cathedral,
and the Parliament. Enjoy some free time in afternoon.
Tonight, experience the magical beauty of the Northern Lights as we
venture out on cruise into the cold arctic night in search of this amazing
natural wonder. Explore the arctic landscape under the mesmerizing glow
of the Aurora Borealis.

Day 06:
Nuuk – Kangerlussuaq – Point 660 Greenland Ice sheet tour –
Northern Lights Hunt
Today, check out and transfer to Nuuk airport to board your flight to
Kangerlussuaq. Today you’ll explore 50 km above the Arctic Circle in
Kangerlussuaq. Kangerlussuaq is a year-round destination where you
can observe musk oxen, visit the ice sheet, and go on scenic flights at
almost any time. On arrival, proceed for Point 660 Greenland Ice sheet
tour. Walk on the world’s second-largest Ice Sheet in this unforgettable
excursion to Point 660 near Kangerlussuaq. Along the way, we will talk
about the history and features of the area around Kangerlussuaq and keep
a sharp eye out for the Musk Ox, reindeer, arctic hare and arctic foxes that
are frequently found along this route.
Once we arrive at Point 660, we will hike up onto the Ice Sheet following a
path that has been prepared through the glacial moraine. On the Icecap
itself, we have breathtaking views of this enormous sheet of ice that
stretches as far as the eye can see. You will have plenty of time to wander
around (carefully), explore, and take pictures before we return to
Kangerlussuaq via the same route.
Has it been your dream to see the Northern Lights dance across the
night? Tonight, you’ll have another chance to experience the Northern
Lights hunt. Kangerlussuaq enjoys around 300 clear nights per year and is
one of the best places in all the Arctic to see the magical Aurora Borealis.
You must experience for yourself the silent ribbons and curtains of light as
they twist and turn against their backdrop of twinkling stars – it is not a
feeling that can be adequately described in words.

We aim to deliver the itinerary as advertised; however, minor adjustments may be required to ensure the smooth and safe operation of the tour. We recommend carrying only one checked bag and one handbag per person, due to limited storage space in the coach.
Our Tour Manager or local representatives will assist you during the tour. In some cases, you may be asked to join another group if your group does not meet the minimum required number of participants. A local representative or your coach driver may only be available to assist you during the initial part of the tour.
Land surcharges may apply on certain departure dates, and these will be communicated in advance. If some attractions or excursions are unavailable/closed, we will arrange for alternate sightseeing options. Please be aware that the tour itinerary may change on certain departure dates. In some cases, the tour may follow a reverse route. However, no planned sightseeing or excursions will be omitted unless they are closed due to holidays. Your Tour Manager will keep you informed.
Accommodation:
Accommodation listed is indicative and subject to availability. In the event of changes, alternative accommodation of an equal or higher standard will be provided where reasonably possible. Person under the age of 12 is considered as children for the entirety of the tour. For the third guest in a triple room, most hotels provide rollaway beds, and the room size may be similar to that of a double room. Local taxes, entry fees, and services are based on rates as of October 1, 2025.

Single Supplement.
A single supplement will apply per person applies in addition to the twin-share price for travellers requesting sole occupancy of a room. This supplement is subject to availability at the time of booking.
Physical Requirements. This tour requires a moderate level of physical fitness. Travellers should be comfortable with: Walking distances of approximately 2 kilometres or more per day. Navigating stairs, uneven terrain, and heritage sitesBoarding and disembarking from coaches, boats, and other forms of transport. Travellers must disclose any medical conditions, mobility limitations, or special requirements at the time of booking.
This allows us to assess suitability and make reasonable recommendations. Failure to disclose relevant information may impact your ability to participate in certain activities.If minimum numbers are not reached, we reserve the right to amend or cancel the tour in accordance with our booking terms.
In such cases, customers will be notified in a reasonable timeframe and offered appropriate options in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

Children:
Please get in touch with us if you have children under 7 years of age so we can arrange accordingly. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. While travel insurance is not mandatory, travellers may be required to present proof of coverage during the tour by suppliers or local authorities.
Travel insurance can assist with unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies, cancellations, or disruptions.
Critical Guidelines: Transfers and sightseeing tours, including entrance fees as specified in the itinerary, will be conducted in an air-conditioned coach. In the event of significant delays or strict driving regulations, a packed dinner may be provided for that day. Please confirm final details with your Sales Representative.
If taxes in Europe increase, the price may be adjusted accordingly, and the change will be explained.
