Transfers

• Copenhagen (CPH) Arrival: Complimentary if flight lands 08:00 AM–02:00 PM. Transfer departs 4:00 PM. Expect up to a 2-hour wait in the arrival hall before departure.

• Helsinki (HEL) Departure: Coach drops at HEL by 11:00 AM — book flights accordingly.

• Off-schedule flights: Client must arrange private transfer at their own cost; no reimbursement.

Not Included in Tour Price

• Airfare, passport/visa charges, POE fees, overseas travel insurance

• Personal expenses (porterage, laundry, alcohol, meals/drinks outside the set menu, minibar, phone calls)

• Extra meals beyond the fixed itinerary (no menu choice offered)

• Optional excursions, city tours, entrance fees, local guides — unless listed under "tour price includes"

• GST, TCS, and other applicable taxes

• Any expense not explicitly stated in the itinerary.

Key Policies

• Under-12s are classified as children for the full tour.

• Triple rooms: 3rd guest usually gets a rollaway bed in a double-sized room.

• Rates reflect local taxes/fees as of Oct 1, 2025 — any increase is charged to traveller/agent.

• Sightseeing/transfers run via air-conditioned coach.

• Limit: 1 checked bag + 1 handbag per person (coach storage is limited).

• Tour Manager/local rep assists during the tour — may only cover the initial portion in some cases.

• Groups below minimum size may be merged with another group.

• Land surcharges may apply on select dates (communicated in advance).

• Closed attractions are swapped for alternatives; itinerary may run in reverse on some dates, but no sightseeing is dropped except for holiday closures — Tour Manager keeps travellers informed.

• Major delays/driving regulations may mean a packed dinner instead — confirm with Sales Rep.

• European tax increases may adjust pricing (with explanation).

• Tours operate subject to all government regulations.

• Minimum numbers: if unmet, trip may be cancelled/rescheduled (30+ days' notice). Reschedule declined → full refund issued.

• YEJ may charge passengers for extra costs from delays/schedule changes (flights, trains, coaches, cruises, etc.)

• YEJ is not liable for damages, losses, injury, accidents, delays, breakdowns, or irregularities from weather, strikes, war, quarantine, or similar causes — costs borne by passenger.

• Force Majeure: itinerary may be modified for operational reasons or events beyond control (weather, strikes, etc.)

Payment & Liability Structure

• All communications/queries must go through the booking travel agent.

• No refunds for unused services (meals, sightseeing, transport, hotel) regardless of reason.
